The use of efficient chemicals, does not, in itself, guarantee the successful execution of a water and/or associated process treatment program. The chemicals and operational processes have to be coordinated in order to achieve the best overall results. This requires close supervision of controls, check-up on results currently obtained and personal cooperation with the operators. Also, we hereby confirm that our support services, that is, Operator Training, System’s Start-Up, Regular Analytical Testing, Trouble-Shooting and Reporting, and our supply of PROPLANT water and associated process chemicals, including Monitoring & Controlling Equipment and Analytical Test
Kits, Solutions, Reagents & Spare Parts, will be available from both our USA and India Manufacturing Facilities.
Specifically, PROPLANT is a specialty chemical company engaged in the manufacture and sale of highly specialized service chemicals…better known as performance chemicals. Performance chemicals are designed to upgrade a systems performance or to improve the quality of the customer’s end product. The use of a service-oriented chemical program is typically justified by a cost/savings analysis and/or by measureable quality improvements in the end product.
PROPLANT’s business requires a high level of in-depth service in order to identify and provide solutions to the customer’s problems and to ensure that our specialty chemicals do the intended job. This customized technical service is provided at the customer’s site by a highly-educated and trained technical consultant that is supported by market-oriented applied research.
While PROPLANT’s commodity and specialty chemicals is the manufacture and sale of service chemical programs, it organizes its selling effort along industry and/or product applications lines. This enables the sales, marketing and research functions to respond more quickly to newly developing customer needs.
PROPLANT’s goal is to be the best commodity and specialty chemical company in the world! Achieving this goal calls for excellence in serving customers needs, providing the highest quality products and assuring environmental health and safety for our customers.
Our strategy for being the best commodity and specialty chemical company includes several key points:
- Continue to develop products, services and creative marketing packages to further penetrate these markets through differentiation.
- Continue to stay close to our customers by establishing separate marketing groups to focus on the needs of specific industries.
- Continue to expand geographically, both domestically and internationally, through presence and product diffusion.
- Continue to pursue other specialty chemicals markets diversifying and acquiring product lines which are compatible with PROPLANT’s goals.
- And most important, continue to protect the environment through the use of “green” or environmentally friendly chemicals.
